HeartBelonging Returns & Refunds Policy

HeartBelonging wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products purchased on heartbelonging.com for an exchange or store credit.

Returns Allowed Within 30 Days

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received your order. To start the return process, email contact@HeartBelonging.com including your order number and details of the item(s) you would like to return.

Return Conditions

Items may only be returned if they are defective. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us right away so we can ship you the correct item.

For sizing issues or if you simply change your mind, you may exchange your original purchase for a different size or color subject to availability. Sale items or personalized products cannot be returned, but exchanges will be allowed if sizing is incorrect.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit which can be used for future purchases. Store credit will be issued within 10 days of HeartBelonging receiving and inspecting your return.

Required Return Documentation

All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and a completed Return Form which can be downloaded from our website. Please also include a note indicating the reason for your return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email contact@heartbelonging.com within 5 days of delivery including photos of the issue. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us free of charge. A replacement or credit will be issued once we confirm the damage or defect.


If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, start a return following the above instructions. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge. Exchanges are subject to availability.
